AXENOPS WEBSITE

Privacy & Cookies

This notice explains how 9440-2435 Québec inc., operating as AxenOps, handles personal information through the public marketing website at www.axenoperations.com. It covers this website only, not the separately hosted AxenOps application or third-party sites you visit from it.

Effective date: October 8, 2026. Some privacy and legal review matters remain open; publication does not represent that every applicable requirement has been satisfied.

Who is responsible

The legal operator of this website is 9440-2435 Québec inc., operating under the public-facing brand AxenOps, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Mathieu Dumerjean, President, is the person responsible for the protection of personal information.

Privacy contact: ops@axenopsinc.com.

Information and purposes

When you browse this site, technical and usage information may include your IP address or a derived identifier, browser and device details, pages and links viewed, referring page, event time, approximate location, and advertising or campaign identifiers. We use this information, when optional tracking is enabled, to understand website use and measure advertising and campaign activity. The site does not send names, email addresses, uploaded documents, or customer records as custom tracking parameters.

Information is collected through browser requests and, only after optional consent, provider scripts. The services and categories of recipients are described below. Providers may process information outside Quebec or Canada; actual processing locations and transfer safeguards are being confirmed. We do not claim that information remains in Quebec or Canada.

Your choice and browser storage

Vercel Web Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and the OpenAI Measurement Pixel are optional on this site. They are not loaded unless you accept optional tracking. Rejecting leaves the site available. The preference control records your choice, consent version (currently version 1), and update time in this browser's local storage under the key axenops_marketing_consent. That choice is treated as valid for up to 180 days. After it expires, optional tracking stays off until you make a new choice; the expired record may remain in browser storage until replaced or site data is cleared. This is not a statement about how long any provider keeps analytics or advertising data.

Optional scripts are restricted to approved public marketing pages on axenoperations.com and www.axenoperations.com. They are not added to the separately hosted authenticated application or customer document pages by this marketing-site integration.

The site currently treats a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal or a browser Do Not Track (DNT) signal as an instruction to keep optional tracking off. Cookie settings in the footer lets you change or withdraw your choice. On withdrawal, the site records rejection, stops future optional tracking, attempts to remove known first-party advertising identifiers, and reloads if tracking had been active. It cannot reliably remove cookies on a provider's domain or retract information already received by a provider. You can also clear site data in your browser.

Optional providers

  • Vercel Web Analytics. Used to measure marketing-site traffic and usage. Vercel describes its analytics as cookieless and using a request-derived hash; reported dimensions can include page URL, referrer, timestamp, device and browser details, and approximate geolocation. See the Vercel Analytics privacy information.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag, Partner ID 10161524. Used for advertising measurement and potentially website audience features. LinkedIn describes use of cookies and advertising identifiers. Enhanced Matching is not configured, and this site does not pass customer form fields or other custom personal information to the tag. See the LinkedIn Privacy Policy and its Insight Tag information.
  • OpenAI Measurement Pixel. Used for campaign measurement and attribution. The site can read an OpenAI click reference named oppref from a campaign URL. After consent, the site stores that reference in session storage and can pass it on the Create Free Account link to the separately hosted AxenOps application. OpenAI's pixel separately captures the reference in a first-party cookie for conversion attribution. The marketing site does not embed an account or lead form, send form fields, or configure a conversion event ID. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy and Conversion Measurement information.

Each provider has separate data handling and retention practices. AxenOps does not set or represent provider retention periods in this notice; consult the linked provider materials. The 180-day period above applies only to this site's browser-stored consent preference.

Retention and cross-border processing

The consent preference is checked against its version and timestamp and is valid for up to 180 days. An expired record may remain in browser storage until replaced or cleared. This is separate from provider cookies, identifiers, logs, and reports, which are governed by each provider's practices. AxenOps' retention schedule for privacy requests and other direct correspondence, and the specific retention periods for any AxenOps-held website records, remain under review. Information handled by providers may be processed or stored outside Quebec and Canada. The locations, privacy impact assessment, contractual terms, and safeguards for any transfers also remain under review.

Your requests and complaints

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may be able to request access to or a copy of personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Where applicable, you may also have rights to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising or to limit certain uses of sensitive information. To make a request or raise a privacy concern, contact Mathieu Dumerjean at ops@axenopsinc.com. We may need to verify a request and will handle it under the applicable requirements. Do not email sensitive information unless we request it through an appropriate channel.

You may submit a complaint about this notice or our handling of information using the contact above. Quebec residents may also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. Applicable rights, request verification, response timelines, and complaint-handling steps should be confirmed against the organization's approved procedure.

US privacy rights vary by state and may depend on whether a law applies to the business. For example, California law has business-coverage thresholds and rights that can include access, deletion, correction, and opt-out of sale or sharing. AxenOps' coverage, treatment of advertising disclosures under those laws, and any additional state-specific notice or opt-out method have not yet been determined.

Other websites and services

Demo-booking links take you to Calendly. Information you provide there is handled under the Calendly Privacy Notice. Account creation takes place on the separately hosted AxenOps application, which is outside the scope of this marketing-site notice and should have its own applicable privacy disclosures.

Outstanding privacy follow-ups

The AxenOps retention/destruction schedule and complaint procedure; provider data categories, retention and processing locations; Quebec cross-border review and safeguards; applicable US state-law coverage and opt-out requirements; and whether a French version is required for the Quebec-facing website remain under review. This technical update is not legal approval.
